Victor is passionate about classic cuisine, putting his own contemporary signature twist on every dish to truly create an unrivalled dining experience. We believe in catering for all dietary requirements and can tailor our cuisine to suit your needs, whether it be a food intolerance, or if you are vegetarian or vegan. Food was good and atmosphere was pleasant. We had a good time but they lost one main course and one of our party had to wait for twenty minutes. Not a big problem but they added on a 10 per cent service charge to the bill. Perhaps they should not have charged it.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived the staff were very attentive and there was an atmosphere of happiness and joy. We had food from the lunch menu which was delicious and plenty of choice. Couldn’t fault anything, would definitely recommend

Went to bistro franc Saturday night had a lovely meal. Miguel our waiter looked after us very well made us feel very welcome enjoyed our night so much we booked a table for Sunday roast once again the food was fantastic. Miguel and Sofia are really nice and friendly will definitely be back next time we are in Liverpool. Hilda & Tommy
