Stunning bistro, outstanding food and service. The new owners have completely transformed this restaurant, what was previously known as Jackalope . This is my third visit and each time the food has been exceptional

Been about 5 times now, love it, food is usually fantastic, sadly today wasn’t the best, clearly kitchen issues, very evident, I ordered the beetroot and feta salad which I had last Friday, that was superb hence I re-ordered, today was not a patch, thrown together, missing ingredients. I mentioned it and was given a 20% discount, kind gesture. I really hope you get more staff because you are such a wonderful addition to Sale Service poor today, our drinks and food went to the wrong tables.

Visited Blossom Bistro in Sale today for lunch. The venue is beautiful, feels airy, vibrant but cosy! A lot of thought has gone into the design and decoration. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Can’t fault a thing. 😍

First time visiting this restaurant and was blown away by the whole experience. The service was outstanding and the food was simply delicious! We had tapas , the presentation was amazing , but the taste ! Wow ! Wow! Wow! -10/10 The food was so fresh and flavoursome, my new favourite restaurant in Sale.

Despite really looking forward to trying this new place out, it was very disappointing. The staff, albeit very friendly, were trying their best amidst chaos that was the food service, and expectations were not managed of waiting times. The decor is absolutely beautiful however the acoustics have not been well thought through and it is extremely noisy with every conversation, crying toddler, etc carrying all the way through the place due to their being nothing to absorb any sound.

Fantastic new addition to the Sale restaurant scene. Food was small plates, everything really tasty, and arrived at the same time which is unusual for small plates. The place is gorgeous, very girlie, bright and light. Mid range prices as bread was served with each dish so 5 dishes was enough between 2, and they serve Guinness so my other half was happy. Will defo be back.

Amazing food and great atmosphere, will definitely be back!

There is a lovely friendly ambience about Blossom and it was very busy with plenty of smiling staff. The food was very enjoyable and not rushed as some places can be. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the singer at the front of the restaurant, who sang easy singalong songs without it being too loud. We thought the prices were very reasonable and happily paid the service charge with a little extra. I think we will return.
