I'd read a bit about the Istanbul Village before we went and my expectations were high and we were not disappointed. The service, food and atmosphere were fantastic. I'd had my heart set on a dish I'd seen on their web site but was told this was only available at their other restaurant however when our server (possibly the owner) heard this he spoke to the chief and I was presented with exactly what I'd hoped for. Whilst I'd highly recommend this restaurant I wasn't keen on the paper serviettes
