The food was fantastic as usual but the reason we go back there is the service is second to none. The staff are all so attentive and friendly.

We have been visiting Italian restaurants for over 40 years and the meal we had at La Mama was the worst we have ever come across. We ordered a Lasagne and an Aryabhata. The Lasagne consisted of a square clod of pre cooked Lasagne which was cold and had some red liquid poured over it . The Aryabhata consisted some boiled pasta with some sauce poured over it and a few bits of boiled chicken added. Both dishes lacked any flavour. The Chef hasn't a clue.

We have been before, friendly staff, well cooked, tasty menu options at reasonable prices. Never rushed to vacate the table.
