Luna Bar & Grill Woolton

Food was tasty, waited far too long for meals to arrive, staff need training, manager needs sacking and replacing with somebody who knows how to run a restaurant. No atmosphere as it was pretty empty, chef left and meals weren’t prepared so we had to wait, took 90 mins to get our main course. Terrible experience and sadly won’t be returning.

Huge delays in food service, not busy, but incredibly slow. Food substituted without telling us, no explanation until we asked why. Only 1 member of staff, while pleasant, not sure if she was also training the chef! Sadly a very musty smell, and seemed quite dusty in the restaurant. Had to go to the bar twice asking where food was, took 2 hrs to serve 5 people a very average main course. Have been before, but sadly will not revisit.

Used to be busy, vibrant Turkish restaurant. Now it’s a restaurant that happens to sell some Turkish food that doesn’t apparently stock wine. Odd. Not sure what’s happened here.

Food lovly, staff welcoming and service good, the play area kept the kids entertained, deffinately will be going back.

Luna was not open ! (Even though it advertised a 9 am opening time) And didn't respond to the 2 messages I had left . When I went in to complain I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come and talk to me ! Amazing! Then a very weak apology with no real explanation and no follow up from the owners. This place is in a small village I cannot believe they would let even one person have a bad experience as all my family live here and recommendation is key!

Food was very nice but the service was dreadful, waited half an hour for table, waited 40 mins for starter. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Not an enjoyable experience and it wasn’t overly busy to experience long wait!!

We went for New Years Eve so Luna was pretty full. We ordered lots of starters to create our own meze. We were seated quickly and order taken for drink which arrived straight away. It was a lovely atmosphere with young families. We enjoyed our food it was delicious, my brother who lives in France was very impressed. For us its a happy chilled restaurant to eat in.

Our waitress was really lovely and eager to please , and we had good food- thank you
