I visited Matuaro Steakhouse with my partner and, honestly, we were really disappointed. For the prices we paid, I expected a much better standard of food. The broccoli was rock solid, and the mash tasted like instant Smash and had a hard texture It was shocking considering the price of the meal. What made the experience worse was the service when we tried to raise our concerns.The waiter seemed more interested in getting us to pay than listening to our complaint or taking our feedback seriously

Food and staff was good, issue with a few extra items added to my bill that we hadn’t, I also don’t like a service charge of 10% being added at the end of night, this added an extra £38 that I didn’t expect
