Service good even though new waiting staff were in training. Food on the whole wonderful. Would of preferred to have been asked how we of liked the lamb cooking. Only disappointment was the crab claws seemed more like reconstituted meat than real crab. Daught beers were good. Would very much recommend.

They canceled my booking , the day after I booked online , saying the booking system shouldn't of excepted my booking.

It was our first visit to Neros and it didn’t disappoint. The tapas were very tasty and good portion sizes. The staff are very friendly and the service was great . Chef Louise came out and chatted to us it had the real personal touch. Definitely recommend this place .

We visited for Valentine’s and had our first ever tapas experience here and it didn’t disappoint! The food was delicious, full of flavour, and fairly priced for the quality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a lovely way to spend the evening. There was a bit of a wait as they were a couple of staff down, but they managed expectations well and stayed friendly throughout. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Food was fab once it was at the table, although a couple of mistakes were made. Service was a little slow with drinks.

The food was absolutely amazing , so tasty and very large portions , the staff are friendly and offered recommendations from the menu . I would definitely give this place 5 stars 🌟 I have already booked again.

Every dish was perfect, fresh from the kitchen piping hot, staff absolutely fantastic, engaging and happy to chat Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere

The food was quite cold. We had lamb and it was very tough, the ribs were tough and cold with little taste.
