The girl that served us was lovely but the food was horrendously bad. My daughter ordered chicken and I ordered ribeye steak, the rotten smell from the ribeye steak was strong and rancid, I asked the waitress to smell the food as she was putting it down, she immediately took it away to the kitchen and then immediately came back to take the chicken dish from my daughter too. We were appalled at this food even being cooked and leaving the kitchen it was totally disgusting. We paid the bill upset
We are truly sorry for the distress caused by your meal and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We would like to discuss your experience further and make things right if you would allow us. And the reason we take away both meal for you we did fresh both plate and we cook fresh again. Many thanks for letting us know .

Warm welcoming atmosphere. Lots of lights. Quirky fixings. Table service prompt but not pushy. Pre theatre menu perfect for time of day and time available. Portions appropriate size. I was enjoying coffee when it was time to go, a takeaway cup was offered. Good experience.

Excellent service. We had the pre- theatre menu.Very good prawn cocktail but my chicken had an odd texture, a bit too soft, the cold carrot puree was tasteless and the dauphinoise very soft. The sauce on the chicken was tasty. My husband had a better experience and enjoyed his meal.
