Owned by brothers Jon and Dan, The Thirsty Farrier creates seasonal pop-up bars and cocktail gardens across London and the South East. This winter we are transforming the Bishop’s Square at Spitalfields into a premium festive market that will become one of London’s must visit Christmas destinations. A festive market should feel exciting, memorable and worth visiting, so that’s exactly what we’re creating.We’re going to reinvent the festive market experience, bringing together a premium bar, a toast-your-own marshmallow firepit, an iconic photo opportunity, live music and a six-course tasting experience featuring six of London’s best food traders.
