The setting and the food itself were really nice. The service however was poor at best. Incorrect drinks order on arrival, issues when the food arrived; then when the bill arrived there was an issue which had to be refunded as it hadn’t been checked. The manager / owner who first showed us to our table watched us leave and didn’t have the courtesy to come over and apologise; just smiled as we left. New staff training were not receiving the support they needed.

We arrived early and asked if we could sit in a booth, as requested on the booking. We were shown to a table but moved to an empty booth which was ok'd by a member of staff. The service was efficient and after ordering, the food was quick to arrive. As the main meals on part of the menu weren't available on a Sunday ( burgers) 2 of our party opted for children's meals. The food was of good quality and cooked just right.

Food was nice. Nice atmosphere. Service wasn’t very good. We had to get up and look for a waitress to order, have cutlery and order dessert and pay the bill. No one came to the table to ask at all.

The food was OK but the chicken on my Caesear salad came in one difficult to cut piece. The service was also a little haphazard. I would award the meal 3.5 stars as the food on the whole was good.

Although we had booked well in advance, there was no table ready for us when we arrived. We were seated in the bar. The atmosphere seemed chaotic. We did not know which team member was looking after us. It look around 15 mins to be given a menu and another 15 mins to get our order taken. We went to the bar to get our own drinks and this also involved a long wait. Once we had ordered, our food arrived quickly and it was lovely quality (four cheeses pizza, fries, and a pollo al burro pasta).

Very busy. Service therefore slow. It took three attempts to order,, and three further attempts to get bill. Caesar salad (2) too much dressing otherwise very nice, burger and chips ok, chips a little cold. Mushroom rissoto tasty. Food served faster than service. Would try again but on less busy day,, very noisy

Dreadful experience. We sat for 40 minutes before our orders were taken. In total we were left waiting for our meals for 2 hours. No apologies or explanation from the manager. Really poor customer service. We ended up walking out. If I could give this restaurant a minus rating I would. One star does not reflect how abysmally poor this place was.
